If you saw my video on the BodyBoss Ultimate Body Fitness Guide then you know I have now finished the program. If you haven’t yet seen it I have embedded it below. In the video I show you some floor exercises from the program and explain roughly how it works. Today I am going to show you some of the standing exercises that are part of a HIIT session as well as a few from the stretching sequence. Keep reading to learn more (or for a refresher) about the BodyBoss Fitness Guide and to see my photos after I completed the 12 weeks. It’s such an amazing program I will tell you my overall thoughts on it as well.
The above exercises are Glute Lunges and below are Ski Moguls. Both are part of a HIIT session with a focus on Legs and Booty. The HIIT session itself is only 21 minutes but when doing the warm-up and cool-down you will want to add-on 20 minutes, 10 for before and 10 after. They both consist of 4 minutes of light cardio followed by a 6 minute stretch session. Obviously I don’t want to give too much away, you need the book for that or you can purchase the online version. Both are available here.
Here are some stretches you will be doing as part of the BodyBoss Fitness program. I recommend doing this part before and after but if you are short on time and want to get straight to that day’s exercise make sure to at least warm up your muscles for 4 minutes to help prevent injury. This is especially important during the 4-week Pre-Training Program which I did as well. You should also do the Pre-training if you’ve had a baby in the past year, if you’re unfit, underweight, overweight and there are more reasons in the guide.
Here are my after photos. I am extremely proud and love this program! I wasn’t fat by any means, just a bit out of shape. As you can see below in the before and after photo my stomach is so much tighter, I actually have abs now thanks to the BodyBoss program. When I started I really didn’t have too many expectations. I have tried many programs but always find them hard to stick to. One of the things I love about the BodyBoss Fitness Guide is no matter your level of fitness this program will work for you.
