A couple posts ago I introduced you to Parker & Hyde, the makers behind the beautiful cowhide clutches and cuffs I have been rocking. Today is the second in a three-part series where I am showing you three different fashion styles that can be worn with one of their clutches. And you probably know by now that I don’t have a signature style, per se, so lets call it casual chic, today is minimalist and next up is bohemian. Plus I just happen to be using Parker & Hyde’s most popular clutch. This hot pink beauty is called The Molly.
Since I went minimalist with my outfit, simple black and white, I thought it was only fitting that the pink cowhide clutch become the focal point with a splash of color. I also added the matching hot pink cowhide cuff, rose gold sunglasses and a sculptural choker in light pink for more added color.
Now I want to tell you a little more about Parker & Hyde. Their bags are handmade in the US. Manufactured and crafted in Dallas, TX using premium Brazilian cowhide. They are a small business run by married couple Zack and Lauren McLarnon. Together they have the cutest daughter whose name is Molly, just like the clutch I’m carrying, coincidence? Nah. The way the company got it’s start has a hilarious back story. The short version, Zack had a dream to make and sell cowhide rugs to the locals so he invested in a leather company. Sounds like a great start right? Well, his wife Lauren was completely in the dark and had no idea he was doing this. The rugs became so popular he could no longer keep his secret and long story short Parker & Hyde has the coolest cowhide rugs, clutches and even custom and handmade furniture. These pieces are amazing! You can read their full story here.
Wearing a Jessture blouse (backwards), Mango vinyl skirt, Zara ankle boots, Wanderlust + Co choker and Target sunglasses with the Parker & Hyde Molly clutch and matching cuff (coming soon!).
Stay tuned or the final post in this series, we are going back to my love of al things bohemian!
